Ryan Lipomi is a Senior Director in Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston office, specializing in multifamily properties across the Carolinas and coastal Georgia. He leads the LLG Multifamily Group and helps clients achieve their investment goals by providing market updates, pricing evaluations, and tailored marketing strategies. His focus on understanding and aligning with landlords' disposition goals enables him to develop creative solutions that maximize property values.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2020, Ryan has completed over 230 transactions totaling more than $900 million. His accomplishments include receiving Sales Recognition Awards in 2022 and 2023, being named to the 2022 Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal 40 Under 40, and earning a Pace Setter Award in 2020. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Ryan worked in asset management as a senior leasing consultant, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
