Bio
Ryan Mandrell has been representing commercial occupiers since 2012 and specializes in leasing strategy and portfolio advisory for office and medical tenants. Working with a wide range of clients from technology start-ups to multi-market corporate accounts to national healthcare systems, he draws on JLL’s extensive service lines and strong local market capabilities to deliver a full suite of best-in-class services to every client. He has expertise across a broad array of transaction types including one-off leases and sales, multi-site rollouts, multi-location portfolio management, and headquarters transactions.
Prior to joining JLL in 2016, he was with Newmark in New York City for four years where he successfully completed over 500,000 square feet of office transactions and was named a “Rising Star” within the New York market in 2015.
He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
