Ryan Marn is a Senior Vice President at First Western Properties, the Pacific Northwest Partner of the Colliers National Retail Capital Markets team. Prior to joining First Western, he spent 13 years with Colliers International as an Associate Vice President in their Retail Capital Markets organization.
Ryan’s area of specialization is institutionally and privately held retail assets in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. He entered commercial brokerage in 2007 as a leasing broker just as the down-market of the Great Recession hit, which was instrumental in shaping his work ethic and determination. Throughout his career, Ryan has molded his client service around the underlying principle of “Exceeding Expectations,” and clients have come to know that he always puts their best interests first.
During his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He and his family love international travel and hope to be able to enjoy that again soon. When time allows, you can also find Ryan on a backpacking trail, with his two favorite treks being the Kalalau Trail along the Napali Coast and the Narrows in Zion National Park.
