Born and raised in Tampa, Ryan McCurdy brings over ten years of experience in providing local and national occupiers with expert leasing, sales, and site-selection services. With a proven track record, Mr. McCurdy has successfully completed over $140 million in lease transactions, encompassing more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial space.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. McCurdy was a Senior Director at Franklin Street. For his outstanding sales record, he received Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award from 2018-2024.
Prior to his time at Franklin Street, Mr. McCurdy was a professional baseball player for the Houston Astros for five years.
Mr. McCurdy graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Government and a Certificate of Markets and Management. Mr. McCurdy received his Masters of Sports Administration from Ohio University.
