Ryan Moghadasian is a newly vetted member of Venture Capital Properties with an array of experience in property management, acquisitions and sales. A Long Island native, Ryan has lived in Manhattan for the majority of his adult life and developed a huge passion for New York real estate. Ryan holds a B.A. in Real Estate Development from Baruch College with a minor in Psychology. He is passionate about both fields of study and feels they are extremely valuable in his work. He previously gained experience as a property manager for a family portfolio in Brooklyn where he maintained low operational costs and increased revenue.
Ryan thoroughly enjoys his work and is an active investor. He regularly attends real estate panels and networks extensively. He loves playing sports and spending time with his friends.
