Ryan is the Founder & Managing Principal of Oak Cap Ventures LLC. He has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate investment, development, and asset management industry and has been actively involved in over $1.0 billion of real estate investment transactions. In his position as Managing Principal, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, the pursuit of new institutional and corporate acquisitions, financing activities across all company platforms, and overall management of the company.
Under Ryan’s guidance, OCV successfully structured and executed thirty-five investment transactions valued at approximately $140 million in the firm’s first eighteen months. Ryan works tirelessly to support the growth and the development of the team and to expand the company’s investment pipeline.
Ryan received his BA in Finance from the Fowler School of Business at San Diego State University and currently resides with his wife Dana and son Perry in Petaluma, California.
