Ryan Noel is Senior Vice President of Operations at InnVentures. He began his career with the company in 2004 as a Front Office Manager and was later promoted to General Manager, overseeing multiple hotel brands and renovations in the Seattle area. In 2014, he became Vice President of Operations, managing over 30 hotels across 12 brands and leading onboarding efforts for new properties. Prior to InnVentures, Noel worked at the Bellevue Athletic Club/Bellevue Club Hotel in various operational roles. He holds a degree in Hospitality from Washington State University and has served on the Kent Lodging Tax Advisory Board and the Kirkland Tourism Development Committee.
