Bio
Ryan Obedin began his career at Kidder Mathews as an intern in 2008. He continued his internship during holidays and summers while attending college. After graduation Ryan joined the firm full time in 2013 as a Market Research/Analyst, where he performed lease and market analysis. He was responsible for writing the quarterly office, R&D, and industrial market reports for the Peninsula and Silicon Valley markets.
Ryan obtained his BRE license in the spring of 2015 and works closely with industry veterans Mark Melbye, Joe Cammarata, and Michael Hironimus in our Redwood Shores Office. He specializes in Industrial/R&D.
Ryan is enthusiastic about fulfilling his clients’ needs for industrial and office space.
