Bio
Ryan first joined Hovde Properties in March 2004 handling the accounting and assisting in property management, lease review, smaller tenant improvement work, and general maintenance issues. In 2007 he took a break from Hovde to earn an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. After two years of starting a successful business with his wife, Ryan returned to Hovde in June 2011 to manage its Accounting/Finance department.
Prior to joining Hovde, Ryan spent a year managing 151 market-rate and Section 8 multi-family apartments. He earned a B.S. in Business Management – Finance from Brigham Young University in 2002, a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License in 2004, and became a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional in 2006.
He and his wife have two children. Ryan loves motorcycles, and wishes he had a dog.
