Ryan Parsons joined SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston in 2021 as an Associate Advisor. In this role, he works closely with clients to meet their real estate needs, whether it be through acquisitions, sales, or leasing. Ryan has a diversified background across multiple asset classes, including Industrial, Office, Retail, Medical, and Special Use across the Northeast markets.
Prior to joining SVN | Parsons Commercial Group, Ryan attended Bucknell University where he played on the Men’s Lacrosse Team and received his B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences. Upon graduating, Ryan worked in New York City for SVN|CPEX, where he served as an Advisor. Responsibilities included strategizing with Landlords to increase income across their portfolio in order to maximize the value of their assets. After leaving SVN | CPEX, he worked at Cresa in New York City focusing on the Tenant Representation for office space leasing in Midtown Manhattan.
