Mr. Rothacker has extensive leadership experience in healthcare real estate. Most notably, he served as Vice President of Operations for Duke Realty’s $3 Billion healthcare division leading their Property Management, Leasing, and Asset Management teams. After the sale of Duke Realty’s healthcare division, Mr. Rothacker served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for MBRE Healthcare where he managed Joint Venture, Private Equity Funds that invested in over $2 Billion of medical office buildings.
