Ryan Sciullo is an Executive Vice President and co-leads the Mid-Atlantic division of CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP). The NRP is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platforms in the world. The NRP’s local expertise, deep market knowledge and collaborative network allow them to deliver exceptional property sale outcomes and drive real value for their clients from coast to coast. Over the past five years, the NRP was responsible for more than $22.2 billion in retail investment sales.
Ryan is responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, marketing the team’s assignments and executing the team’s business objectives. Ryan focuses on a strategic level with clients to help them achieve their objectives and optimum results. During his career at CBRE, he has been involved in the sale of multiple transactions comprising over $8 billion of investment real estate and has experience in receiverships, asset disposition for real estate lenders, corporate sale-leasebacks and 1031 exchange transactions. He has experience in portfolio and single-asset retail transactions throughout Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and beyond.
