Ryan Simonetti is the CEO and co-founder of Convene, a premium hospitality company that designs and operates meeting, event, and flexible office spaces. Ryan also co-founded and leads Ease Capital, a lender and asset management firm specializing in multifamily properties. Under Ryan's leadership, Convene has grown its global portfolio to encompass nearly 40 locations across nine cities - including the company’s 2023 acquisition of urban conferencing provider etc.venues - and solidified its position as the largest single provider of premium meeting and event venues in the U.S. and UK.
After a dynamic career spanning finance, real estate acquisitions, and development, Simonetti co-founded Convene in 2009 with the goal of bringing hospitality and lifestyle into traditional commercial real estate assets. Ryan's vision has revolutionized the commercial real estate industry, working with top landlords to deliver increased value to their assets - and premium experiences to tenants and clients - by thoughtfully combining design, technology services, and hospitality elements to create a turnkey solution for extraordinary meeting and workplace experiences.
