Ryan Spiekerman is a founding principal of HELIX responsible for identifying growth opportunities and overseeing current assets. Through Helix’s affiliated company Next Gen Investments, he has acquired over $190 million of real estate combined for over 2 million sq. ft of property. Through his 28 years of real estate experience, Ryan leverages his background in development, management, and finance to identify a comprehensive solution to the most challenging real estate requirements. He takes pride in the ability to think creatively and share ideas with his strong brokerage connections to solve complex problems in value-add commercial real estate. Mr. Spiekerman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Ryan is a member of Scottsdale Charros and is actively involved in several charitable organizations that benefit children's health, safety, and education.
