Bio
Ryan Stewart is Managing Director of North Texas at Crescent Communities, where he leads the strategic growth, development, and execution of the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use platform across the Dallas–Fort Worth region. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the company’s regional footprint and delivering high-quality communities aligned with Crescent’s placemaking approach.
Stewart brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Price Partners, where he led the firm’s evolution into a board-led organization centered on expanding new business ventures. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Trinsic Residential Group, where he established and scaled the company’s Carolinas platform and oversaw a large, diversified development pipeline. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at RB Holdings, developing expertise across multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use asset classes.
Stewart holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from North Carolina State University and pursued graduate studies in real estate at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
