Ryan Swelin has been in the Calgary commercial real estate investment market since 2007. As Vice President of Investment Sales at Avison Young, Ryan prides himself on bringing a high level of market intelligence and attention to detail to each transaction.
Ryan, an Alberta native, grew up in Sundre and travelled abroad for university to Miami University in Ohio where he played four years of NCAA division I golf and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2006. Ryan understands the meaning of hard work.
Outside of work, Ryan is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has been a volunteer with the Big Brother Big Sisters chapter of Calgary.
