Ryan Tauer is the Head of Multifamily Acquisitions at Hempel, which he joined as Acquisition Specialist in 2024. Prior to joining Hempel, he spent 19 years with the Andersen Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the Minneapolis-St. Paul region as a Sales Representative. He oversaw the management of acquisitions and was the fastest sales representative to achieve sales career markers, including the highest revenue per appointment, highest volume in a year, and highest close rate in a year. Prior to joininng the Andersen Corporation, he was a financial analyst at Guidant Corporation, a medical device manufacturer that was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2006.
Tauer is a grauate of the University of St. Thomas, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
