Vaught brings more than thirteen years of industrial real estate experience on both the ownership and advisory side of commercial real estate where he built a strong track record of growing market leading teams via advising clients through investment strategy and capital markets. He has successfully led efforts related to asset disposition, recapitalization, along with debt & equity sourcing for millions of square feet of industrial projects. Prior to joining Blue Steel, Vaught held senior positions at international brokerage firms, JLL and Colliers, in addition to serving in the United States Army as an officer.
