Ryan joined Baceline in 2015 as a Leasing Portfolio Manager, contributing valuable expertise in contract negotiations, tenant financial analysis, market evaluation, and due diligence for new acquisitions. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Leasing, Ryan spearheads the development and implementation of leasing strategy across Baceline’s diverse portfolio of assets. His leadership extends to guiding and empowering a growing team of leasing professionals, all integral to driving optimal property revenue.
Throughout his tenure, Ryan has introduced transformative processes and procedures that have elevated Baceline’s Leasing team, positioning it as a vital asset management tool for the company. Additionally, Ryan and the Leasing team play a pivotal role in the underwriting process for new acquisitions, sourcing potential assets, and managing the disposition of mature investments.
