Ryan's career began in technology sales with Ricoh initially selling to mid market & Fortune 1000 companies, and eventually specializing in selling to large healthcare systems for 14 years. He got started in real estate buying condos in 2006/2007. After purchasing several multifamily properties, Ryan decided to expand into development in 2015. He serves on the Board of Overseers for Franciscan Childrens and is an active fundraiser for Community Servings (medically tailored food kitchen in Boston).
