Ryan graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Business/Economics and later joined the Sales Intern Program with Marcus & Millichap. This program is offered to less than 5% of new agents and is designed to pair new agents with the firm’s top senior agents to accelerate training and brokerage development. Ryan has been a part of the Knipp Group since 2012.
Ryan focuses solely on retail investment sales, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. While his primary concentration lies within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, he has sold retail properties throughout the United States and works closely with clients to identify prospective opportunities. His expertise in working with private capital investors and different types of exchange buyers has lead to numerous successful closings for the Knipp Group.
