Raised in Houston with a background in fashion, having worked for Oscar de la Renta in New York and with a degree in brand management, Sage’s background has uniquely positioned her to meet Houston’s specialty retail real estate needs. This niche of real estate has been central to her real estate career since she began in the industry in 2014.
Sage has leased River Oak District, West Ave, CityPlace and Century Square. Utilizing her experience in specialty leasing, today Sage’s primary focus is specialty and urban core tenant representation. She represents national, international, and local tenants as well. Sage truly enjoys helping her clients expand and thrive in the Texas market. Some of her active national and local clients, respectively, include Sephora, Altar’d State, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, West Elm, William Sonoma, Dogtopia, Longhorn Liquor, Piermarini, Kura Revolving Sushi and Slutty Vegan.
In her spare time Sage enjoys traveling with her family, fly fishing and family picnics at Buffalo Bayou with their two dogs. She is actively involved with the alumni association of her alma mater, The St. John’s School.
