Sahar Ziv is a founding partner of The Ziv, Gottlieb, Bernstein Team at Douglas Elliman, created in 2022 alongside Noam and Shai. With 15 years working in real estate and over $400 million in closed transactions, Sahar is recognized for his expertise across luxury sales, investment opportunities, and new development projects throughout New York City and beyond.
Sahar has represented buyers and sellers — from full-time residents to pied-à-terre purchasers and investors — in over 100 buildings across Manhattan and Brooklyn. His track record includes notable transactions in prime properties exceeding $10 million, as well as sales outside New York City in markets such as The Hamptons and the West Coast.
