Sally Cremer is Vice President of HREC Investment Advisors® in the Tampa office, where she specializes in hospitality acquisitions and dispositions nationwide, with a particular focus on the Southeast. Prior to her promotion to Vice President, Sally played a key role within HREC’s investment banking platform as a Senior Associate, leading financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction execution efforts for institutional and private owners nationwide. She has underwritten in excess of $5 billion in hotel assets across all major chain scales and service segments throughout the United States. Before becoming an Associate then Senior Associate, Sally served as a Transaction Coordinator supporting hotel transactions throughout the East Coast. She graduated from Indiana University in 2021, with a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management.
