Sam Badger, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Chicago Advisory & Transaction Services group. Sam, along with team members Whit Heitman, Jared Paff, and Johnny Connors concentrate on the Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin Industrial real estate markets, working with institutional and private owners as well as occupiers. His extensive knowledge, experience, and customer focus makes him a key addition to the Advisory & Transaction Services group.
Since 2001, Sam has participated in over 800 industrial, land, and office real estate transactions, representing over a $850 million of transactions. Sam has been nominated for numerous industry awards during his career including NAIOP's Industrial Developer of the year and Industrial Brokerage Deal of the Year, the Presidents Club Award, and the CoStar Power Brokers award. Sam is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Wisconsin.
