Sam Bass joined Stream Realty Partners’ Office Agency Leasing division in 2022. In this role, Sam represents Landlords and assists his team in completing office leasing transactions across Stream’s Dallas Fort Worth portfolio. Additionally, Sam is responsible for conducting market research and identifying trends across the Dallas Fort Worth office market. Before returning to Stream full-time, Sam interned in Stream’s Dallas office during the summer of 2021.
Sam was born and raised in Dallas and recently graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Business & Enterprise Management.
In his free time, Sam enjoys hunting & fishing and loves spending time with friends and family.
