Sam is Director, Leasing, responsible for managing and executing lease transactions within Allied’s office and retail portfolios in Toronto. Sam joined Allied in 2021 and, through years of experience in the Toronto market, has developed a deep understanding of the city’s commercial landscape. Prior to Allied, Sam spent five years at Cushman & Wakefield, building a strong foundation in leasing and tenant relationships. Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.
