Sam brings a dynamic mix of analytical rigor, client-first mentality, and relationship-building experience to the retail commercial real estate space. Before entering brokerage, Sam spent over six years leading complex market intelligence projects across healthcare, legal, and higher education sectors developing a keen understanding of client priorities, navigating fast-changing industries, and delivering strategic solutions tailored to each organization’s goals.
Currently serving as an Assistant Broker at The Lord Companies in Chicago, Sam supports tenant and landlord representation, combining a data-driven approach with a collaborative mindset to unlock value in every deal. Sam is deeply committed to helping clients grow, expand, and thrive in today’s competitive retail landscape.
Sam attended Denison University, where he majored in both Economics and Psychology, and played on the baseball team all four years, serving as captain his senior season.
Outside of work, Sam serves the community through his involvement with Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, where he most recently completed a two-year term as President of the Young Professionals Board.
