Sam injects energy and enthusiasm into the team as he gains industry experience and assumes an expanding role in operations. Having earned a degree in Economics at Boston University, Mr. Friedman is pursuing his MBA at Baruch College, and currently is involved in everything from investment and development to construction and property management. This personable Long Island native-turn Brooklynite manages an expanding portfolio of value-added renovation properties, and is an important contributor in the development of our anticipated 338 Berry Street project. Like the rest of the GL team, Friedman prides himself on identifying a diamond in the rough, and applying an expertise and work ethic to ensure it’s cultivated to its brightest potential.
