As an Advisor & Transaction Manager, Sam supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of a commercial real estate transaction, from initial deal strategy through closing. In his advisory capacity, he evaluates client objectives alongside prevailing market conditions to inform sound, well-positioned deal strategy. In his transaction management capacity, he oversees the execution of each transaction, including due diligence, documentation, and coordination among all parties, to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Sam brings in-depth experience across multiple asset classes, including land, retail, and industrial.
Prior to joining Newmark, Sam was with SVN | Urban Properties, a boutique real estate Consulting, Development, Brokerage and Property Management firm. Before that, he served as an Operations Specialist at Levelset, a tech startup founded in New Orleans.
A New Orleans native, Sam attended Tulane University, where he earned a BSM in Finance & Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He was also a member of the Tulane football team (Roll Wave!).
