Sam Kasteler is an Associate Director of Investment Sales based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In his current role, Sam is focused on the marketing and sale of Affordable Housing properties.
Prior to entering the brokerage industry, Sam spent three years at a high-growth Financial Technology startup and was a Financial Analyst intern with LIHTC Advisors, LLC, assisting on underwriting and marketing Affordable Housing properties.
Sam graduated from Utah State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Finance Degree.
