Sam Lawhead joined Newmark in 2013. As a Managing Director on the Capital Markets Multifamily team, he focuses on investment sales, business development, market analysis, and advisory services. During his career, he has worked on over 60 transactions totaling over $2 billion in sales volume. Over the last 15 years, he has held roles in acquisitions, development and property management at other firms.
Education
Lawhead has a Master’s in Business Administration from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana.
