Sam Moore is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar’s Americas Principal Business. In this role, he is responsible for financial oversight, strategic planning, and operational support for the platform at large. Additionally, he oversees the platform’s owned asset disposition efforts as well as the streamlining of data and systems used across the Americas Principal Business. Sam also maintains leadership of the acquisitions and asset management of the Eastern US owned asset portfolio. Sam administers the Americas investment committee process and currently serves on Greystar’s Executive Committee.
Before joining Greystar in 2010, Sam worked for Atlantic Marina Holdings, specializing in marina and resort acquisition, entitlement, and redevelopment, focusing on the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, and the Bahamas. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Apartment Association.
Sam received his bachelor’s degree from Wofford College and his master’s in real estate from Johns Hopkins’ Edward St. John School of Real Estate.
