Sam Peck is a Senior Managing Director at Crow Holdings Capital, where his role includes acquisition, financing, disposition, and asset management responsibilities across the Multifamily and Retail sectors. He currently sits on Crow Holdings Capital's Investment Committee and Retail Investment Committee and has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2007.Through 2023, Peck served as portfolio manager of the Crow Holdings Retail Funds, a niche fund strategy focused on acquiring and developing multi-tenant shopping centers featuring food and service-oriented tenancy, which was ultimately recapitalized with a leading global Sovereign Wealth Fund. Prior to leading the Crow Holdings Retail Funds, he worked in CHC's Multifamily Group, where he was responsible for sourcing and overseeing acquisition, value-add, and development opportunities in the Southeastern United States and New York City.
