Sam brings his experience as a specialized industrial real estate advisor for cold storage and food-grade facilities to the KBC team and is hyper-focused on unlocking cost-saving opportunities by leveraging debt for his clients.
As a thought leader, Sam leverages his deep industrial experience to regularly present real estate updates at the Global Cold Chain Alliance. Prior to joining KBC, he spent time at Colliers as a senior associate.
