Sam Schaefer has joined JLL in Boston as CEO of Property Management, where he also serves on the firm’s Real Estate Management Services Board. In this newly created global role, Schaefer oversees JLL’s property management services worldwide, driving innovation and value for clients in a rapidly evolving market.
Prior to joining JLL, Schaefer was a principal at Trammell Crow Company, and previously held leadership roles as President and CEO of Hobbs Brook Real Estate, and Managing Director and Global Head of Leasing, Corporate Outreach, and Property Management at Tishman Speyer.
