Bio
Sameer Khan is Core’s Director of Acquisitions after joining the company in 2024. Sameer’s focus at Core Acquisitions is to source and evaluate new investment opportunities, manage the due diligence process, and maintain external communication with investment sales brokers, property owners, and prospective capital partners.
Prior to his time at Core, Sameer worked at several real estate companies, including Baceline Group, Bow River Capital, and Ares Management Corp. In his most recent role, Sameer led sourcing efforts at Baceline Group, successfully sourcing and closing on retail properties. Past responsibilities in other roles include sourcing, underwriting, asset management, due diligence, and capital relations.
Sameer graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.B.A in Finance and Real Estate and currently lives in Denver, CO. Sameer is an active member of ICSC, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, and the Denver Colorado real estate community, often organizing social events for young professionals within the industry.
