Samir Lakhany is President of Superhost Hospitality, where he brings over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and hospitality, with a focus on development, investment, and operations. He began his career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets, concentrating on capital markets and asset management platforms across the U.S., and previously worked at a mezzanine fund supporting distressed companies. Samir later joined Paramount Lodging Advisors, where he specialized in hotel financials, asset management, and capital structuring. Having grown up in the hospitality industry and worked alongside his father, Ashraf Lakhany, Samir has played a key role in expanding Superhost into a leading development and management firm. He holds a degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and continues to lead Superhost’s strategic growth across multiple markets.
