Bio
Sammy graduated from the college of Charleston in 2015 with a BA degree in marketing. She immediately began her career with CBG after her travels in Europe. She specializes in site selection across the country for medical, industrial, and retail uses. In 2017, she was instrumental in the acquisition of the Bob Evans restaurant portfolio in various states. She helped repurpose the buildings with national tenants such as 7/11, Aspen Dental and Starbucks to name a few and oversaw the project redevelopment. She has since worked with clients on both the regional and national level spanning from coast to coast.
Sammy now has opened a satellite office for CBG in Colorado Springs. She has numerous volunteer commitments such as the Charleston Humane Society and now with a local shelter in Colorado.
