Samuel Hernandez is a licensed real estate agent in South Florida where he continuously goes above and beyond to provide a multitude of real estate services, from the initial consultation and marketing, to showing the home, and negotiating with the buyer's agent. Samuel is well known for his professional knowledge, versatility, and dedication that he brings to all of his successful real estate transactions. <br><br>Samuel is currently a representative of Kurz Real Estate, and has become a vital team-member in providing the full-service experience, offering innovative solutions for buyers and sellers. Having lived and worked in Miami for many years, Samuel has intimate knowledge of the area, personal connections with many of its residents, as well as insider’s expertise in the latest local and national market trends. Samuel is a natural communicator, who speaks both English and Spanish, in order to provide exceptional service for his diverse clientele. <br><br>Samuel was raised in Puerto Rico and recruited to Miami to play High School basketball. He earned a scholarship to play collegiate Basketball at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia where he competed in the Final Four tournament in 2006. Samuel then returned to South Florida to graduate from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He played professionally overseas for a number of years before finally returning home to Miami to begin a family with his high school sweetheart. Samuel has been able to use the passion, diligence, and collaboration that brought him success on the basketball court to now make him the undeniable go-to resource for all your real estate needs.
