Sam acts as a strategic partner for investors & owner users, helping them successfully navigate the Southern California Market. He utilizes his deep understanding of value & investment analysis to secure the best results for his clients he so graciously serves.
Prior to joining Lyon Stahl Sam focused on industrial investment sales with Colliers International. There he closed over $4 million in transaction volume during his first year in brokerage.
As a member of the Appraisal Institute, Sam actively values a wide variety of properties throughout Southern California.
A graduate of 2019, Sam was a Division 1 Student-Athlete at Fairfield University in Connecticut where he spent two seasons as Team Captain for the Men’s Lacrosse program.
Sam enjoys spending time on the weekend surfing, skateboarding, and above all, enjoying the local cuisine
