Bio
Sanchika is a dedicated real estate professional who began her career working for one of BC’s prominent landlord and developers where her role was a mix of legal, lease documentation and business development. With her background in commercial lease transactions and client services, Sanchika brings a depth of expertise to her role working alongside Jason Mah and Struan Saddler.
Sanchika joined Avison Young’s Vancouver office in April 2025 as a Client Services Coordinator. In her role, she is actively involved in the transaction process including sales strategy, consumer engagement, market analysis and contract management. Sanchika graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Business Administration that has given her an understanding of business processes and a strong strategic mindset.
