Sandeep "Sunny" Sethi is the Chief Executive Officer of Bellamare Development, a Mississippi-based real estate development, construction, and investment firm specializing in mixed-use, hospitality, and multifamily projects. He began his career in his family’s hospitality company, Jackie’s International, where he spent nearly two decades gaining hands-on experience across hotel, restaurant, and retail operations before transitioning into development. In 2012, he founded Bellamare Development and has since led the firm in delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in projects across the Southeast, overseeing site acquisition, financing, design, construction, and asset management while driving the company’s long-term growth and strategic vision.
