I’m Sandra Mendiola Alaniz, a licensed real estate broker and proud owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Services in Laredo. Since beginning my career in 2006 and becoming a broker in 2013, I’ve personally closed over 1,000 transactions—delivering proven results and trusted guidance to buyers and sellers across our community.
Real estate is more than a career to me—it’s a commitment to the people and city I love. I had the honor of serving as Chairwoman of the Laredo Chamber of Commerce for 2024–2025, becoming only the fifth woman in its 115-year history to lead the organization. I also proudly served as Crew Boss for the 2026 Women’s Build with Habitat for Humanity.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, watching movies, and making memories with our two dogs.
