Bio
Sandra Hernandez joined Lincoln Property Company in October of 2013. She currently manages Invesco assets Energy Crossing I and II. Her 17 years of experience includes owner and investor relationship development, tenant relations, lease administration, budget creation and implementation, service contract negotiations, construction management, energy efficient operations, and employee development. Her accounting software experience includes Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Kardin, and Argus.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Sandra worked for Parkway Realty Services where she managed One Illinois Center, one million SF Class-A commercial office building in Chicago’s CBD. She has also worked for John Hancock Real Estate in Schaumburg, IL as an Assistant Manager for TOBY Award Winning Schaumburg Corporate Center, and Liberty Property Trust as an Industrial Property Manager overseeing over 20 industrial buildings in the Houston area. All of her properties have been LEED, EBOM, and Energy Star certified.
Sandra works closely with the City of Houston Office of Sustainability in developing programs to promote energy efficiency among property owners. She is a member of LPC’s National Green Building Council and has a key leadership role in developing LPC Houston’s Green Team. She is the Vice Chairperson on BOMA’s Professional Development and Education Committee.
Sandra has a strong background in budgeting and operations management, but her people skills and approach to employee development and tenant service have assisted in her success in property management.
