Sara Hogan offers over two decades of retail leasing experience. Ms. Hogan began her career in the Shopping Center Industry in 2004 and has worked with some of the most notable REITs including Simon & Macerich. Her leasing responsibilities have crossed a broad range of disciplines, demographics and geography. Ms. Hogan's portfolio experience includes, ground up development, mixed use, urban street, specialty and mall retail leasing such as SouthPark Mall (Charlotte, NC), Phillips Place and Specialty Shops Southpark. In addition to deal making, her background also includes strategic merchandising, budgeting, JV partnerships, collaborating across departments with lease administration, legal, development and tenant coordination. Ms. Hogan has an extensive network of longstanding relationships within the retail community including developers, landlords, retailers and brokers on both a local & national scale.
