Sara is an RICS Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in the Scottish Commercial property market. She studied Property (MA) at Aberdeen University and joined Graham + Sibbald’s Aberdeen office in November 2018. Having previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Edinburgh and latterly FG Burnett in Aberdeen for over 7 years, Sara specialises in agency and commercial valuation. She provides advice to a range of clients from; commercial lettings, sales, acquisitions and rent reviews, representing both landlords and tenants. She also provides valuation advice for acquisition and secured lending purposes as well as valuations of property portfolios for financial statements. Sara has the knowledge, skill and expertise to provide a high quality service to all clients.
