Sara Shropshire is a Director Retail | Capital Markets with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in retail and investment transactions throughout the State of Idaho. Her broker duties focus on existing and prospective tenant relations. She develops an understanding of each of her tenants’ requirements by identifying their business goals, operational and space requirements, and locating the optimal site to accommodate their needs. Sara meticulously tracks projects and proper documentation with a clear understanding of the planning process, often consulting on optimal space planning and always following through until process completion. As part of the leasing and sales process, Sara also assists many clients with property dispositions, finding suitable buyers and shepherding the transaction process.
Sara works with her colleagues in one of Idaho’s top performing retail teams.
Sara is very active in a wide range of professional organizations, including ICSC, CREW, and CCIM, attending local and regional events either for networking or educational opportunities.
Sara holds an Idaho Real Estate license and earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Idaho State University. Her formal education, which is complimented by her experience in management and sales, sets her apart in the commercial real estate industry.
