Sarabeth Bauer joined Branch in 2020 and serves as the Director of Marketing & Leasing. In her role, she oversees the firm’s marketing and leasing strategy across a robust portfolio of high-performing retail properties located throughout the Southeast. Sarabeth plays a key role in tenant curation, deal structuring, and positioning properties for long-term success. She has extensive experience in identifying market opportunities, negotiating lease terms, and cultivating strong relationships with national, regional, and local tenants. Sarabeth combines market expertise with creative vision to drive performance across her projects. Sarabeth is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, earning both a Masters of Science in Real Estate and Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration - Marketing. Outside of work, Sarabeth is actively involved in CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Atlanta.
