With 20 years in Austin, Sarah brings a design-minded and detail-aware approach to real estate. Before joining the Nicole Kessler, she managed a portfolio of short-term rental properties, where she refined a strong sense for how people truly live in a space, something that now shapes the way she prepares and presents homes for market.
As Nicole’s Listing Partner, Sarah oversees every step of the listing journey, from pre-market planning to vendor coordination, staging strategy, photography, launch strategy, and contract milestones.
